Saiph is a technology services business operated by Saiph LLC, based in Stafford County, Virginia. This privacy policy explains how I collect, use, and protect information when you visit this site or use my services.

Information I collect

When you submit the contact form, I receive:

  • Your name
  • Organization or context (if provided)
  • Phone number or email address
  • A description of your situation
  • A preferred time to talk (if provided)
  • The IP address the message came from, which I keep with it to help block spam

The web server also logs IP addresses and request timestamps as part of normal operation. These logs are used for security monitoring and are not shared with anyone.

How I use your information

I use the information you provide to:

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where your data is stored

Contact form submissions are stored on dedicated server infrastructure that I manage. Your data does not pass through third-party form processing services.

This site does not load scripts, fonts, or assets from third-party domains. Everything is served directly from my infrastructure.

Analytics

This site does not currently use analytics. If I add analytics in the future, it will be a privacy-respecting, self-hosted tool (such as Plausible) that does not use cookies or collect personal information. This page will be updated to reflect that change.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. I do not use third-party embeds that set cookies.

Data retention

I keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond and provide services. Server logs are rotated and deleted after 90 days. If you want your information removed, reach out and I will delete it within a few business days.
